No more Casio

Hello there,

As promised i've uploaded all the photos i have, well all the decent ones anyway, and the blog is now fully up to date.

Since my last post we were heading to Airlie Beach for a cruise round the Whitsundays Islands, Airlie was a pretty mental town, just party central focused on 1 street, every night there was somethinng going on, anyway the Whitsundays were pretty much amazing, getting to dive and snorkel over the coral seeing loads of amazing fish and we actually saw a few stingrays and a wee shark bout a 1m long when we were at Whitehaven beach, which is in the top 5 most beuatiful beaches in the world, or so they say. Really good trip, juat an amazing amount of things to see.

After Airlie we headed up in convoy with team ireland to Magnetic Island, the convoy consisted of Casio, Jo's van and Bugsy, Team irelands van towing a trailer, so we were looking good.

We spent a couple of days on Magnetic which turned out to be more than enough and ended up nailing a couple rounds of golf, so a fter our lazy magnetic trip we headed for a place called Mission beach but because it was raining (surprise surprise) we decided just to carry on for cairns, which is where we have been for just over a week. Done a fair bit here, jumped out of a plane at 14,000ft and went whitewater rafting granted there wasn't much whitewater but there was a raft! Still gonna do a croc tour and get back out on the reef.

Anyway got until next tuesday here with team ireland when myself & dave head down to brisbane to meet his folks and team ireland disperse to Asia, Melbourne & Sydney, the end of an era? i don't think so plans are already in motion for many a reunion!!

Just a wee update I'll put more on later on,

Cheers

Take care

Col Boy
